Hello. I am sending the meeting agenda via email. I noticed the variable Table Topics Master {{nextmtgttm}} produces the TMOD name instead of the TTM name. I tried using the TMOD variable {{nextmtgtm}} and it correctly produces the TMOD name.

The variable only works if there is Table Topics Master for your next meeting. Did you have someone assigned to the role when you sent your email? There is no Table Topics Master signed up for your next meeting (15 Sep)

Yes, we had both a Table Topics Master and Toastmaster assigned for the meeting which was Sept 8. I tried to send the message before the Sept 8 meeting.

There are two possible causes:

1 You don't have a "Table Topics Master" role - yours is just called "Table Topics". Try changing the role title to "Table Topics Master" and see if that works.

2 The first occurrence of the phrase "Table Topics Master" is actually in your previous agenda role "Toastmaster introduces Table Topics Master". The person assigned to that is the Toastmaster. The FTH system assumes that the first person in a role containing "Table Topics Master" is the Table Topics Master.

I'm not sure, but hopefully "Table Topics Master" will trump the earlier "Toastmaster introduces Table Topics Master"

Thank you! Your suggestions worked. I changed the role to "Table Topics Master" and removed the phrase from an earlier line on the agenda.
